Reversed Shipping
The movement of the goods from the customers to the suppliers location is called reverse logistics. The process is reversed as in the regular flow, the goods go from the supplier to the customer.
Mohamed has involved in creating the process of the reverse service in Zidship which helped +8000 user to return their shipment back to merchant.
Staff Permission
Big retail companies have many specialized employees and everyone should has access to specific data on their store.
Mohamed led the team to develop a staff permission to Zidship users allow them to get the best experience in managing their daily operations.
Customer Satisfaction Rate
Satisfaction metric let us know where we standing, how the service works and whether the provided product working well or not. For Zidship we built a Customer Satisfaction system to serve +1M user so we can hear their voices and make a better service.

Shipment Dimensional Weight Calculator
Dimensional weight, is a pricing technique used for commercial freight transfer, including courier and postal services. Dimensional weight is computed by multiplying length times width times height.
We made our user being able to calculate the DIM weight in simple way to calculate shipping price accurately.
